Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Schedule

This position is available for day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Location

The role is based in the B3 South unit in the city of your state.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in personal care and daily living activities for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
