Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a travel basis. The LPN will provide essential patient care and support as part of a dynamic nursing staff during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Assist in patient education and support throughout their care journey.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care services and maintain accurate records.
• Support patients with daily living activities and provide compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LPN license.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.

Location

This position is available in multiple locations within the region. Specific details regarding the city and state will be provided upon application.

Shift Details

The LPN will work from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
