Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time position. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care in a long-term care setting.

Shift Details

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
• Break: 30-minute break required per shift
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Every other weekend (EOW) and holiday (EOH) required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a long-term care facility.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize paper Medication Administration Records (MAR) and Treatment Administration Records (TAR).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN licensure.
• Experience with PCC charting is preferred.
• Must have the ability to pass medications and perform treatments.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings is highly beneficial.
