Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shifts. This position offers a stable schedule with the potential to transition to night shifts in the future.

Schedule

The initial schedule for this role is from 6 AM to 6 PM, with a guarantee of 36 hours per week and the possibility of up to 48 hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care environment.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health and document any changes in condition.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Previous experience in long-term care or nursing homes is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location

This position is available in the greater area of various long-term care facilities located in the region. Specific location details will be provided during the recruitment process.
