Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Overview

We are seeking two skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Rural Health Clinic. This role offers a dynamic work environment with guaranteed hours, no weekends or holidays, and the opportunity to work closely with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist healthcare providers as needed.
• Collaborate with other nursing staff within the clinic to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize the Epic charting system for accurate documentation of patient information.
• Maintain a professional image by adhering to grooming and jewelry policies.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Flexible shift options: either 5-8 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts, depending on provider schedules.
• No weekend or holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
• Must provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test.
