Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will bring compassion, commitment, and a strong work ethic to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Shift Information

• Evening Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
• Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
