Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long Term Care facility located on the site of the hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing assessments, treatments, and medication administration
  • Notification to MD/NP of pertinent information
  • Admitting and discharging patients
  • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL)
  • Gastrostomy Tube care
  • Urinary Catheter care
  • Nebulized Treatment
  • Wound Vac care
  • CPAP care
  • Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties
