Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team, providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve daily interaction with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal care and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in the training and mentorship of new nursing staff

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in electronic health records and other healthcare software

This position is available at multiple locations within the region.

Schedule

Available shifts may include days, evenings, or nights based on facility needs.
