Job Description:

Manages day-to-day operations in the laboratory department. Works closely with the Laboratory Director on policy or procedural matters.

Responsibilities:

• Managing laboratory operations and workflow.
• Collaborating with the Laboratory Director on policy matters.

Requirements:

• Five (5) years’ experience in a clinical role and two (2) years laboratory leadership experience required.
• Proficiency with Kronos/UKG and Epic Beaker required.
• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certified Medical Laboratory Scientist required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
