Job Description:

A typical workday is 0800-1630 with some flexibility needed to occasionally cover the emergency department from 1000-1830. This position will cover inpatient and emergency department.

Responsibilities:

• Complete SW assessments and SW Mental Health assessments
• Title 36 petitions as needed and DC planning as needed
• Manage cases involving homelessness, substance abuse, and SDOH consultations
• Conduct maternal child assessments and report to DCS and APS as needed

Requirements:

• LMSW or LCSW certification
