Job Description:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required for pediatric population, providing critical care ventilator management, respiratory disease management including medication delivery and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage critical care ventilators and use non-invasive ventilation (NIV) like CPAP/BIPAP/HHFNC.
• Manage respiratory diseases in pediatric patients including medication and therapeutic interventions.
• Potentially work in Peds Cardiac ICU caring for post-open-heart procedure patients aged 1 week to 18 years.
• Float to ER, MedSurg, Oncology, and PICU as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS, PALS, RRT certifications required.
• WA state license (must be in hand or proof of application 6+ weeks ago).
• Minimum 1 year of PICU experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience with ABG (GEM) and use of ECMO program, specialized gases like Nitric Oxide and Heliox preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
