Job Description:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive respiratory care to the pediatric population, including critical care ventilator management and handling respiratory diseases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients, including those with Cystic Fibrosis and chronic tracheostomy/ventilator needs.
• Manage ventilators and other respiratory management devices such as CPAP/BIPAP/HHFNC.
• Deliver respiratory medications and interventions.
• Participate in ECMO program and utilize specialized gases like Nitric Oxide and Heliox.

Requirements:

• 1 year of PICU experience within the last 5 years.
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, RRT, and WA state license.
• Skills in critical care ventilator management and respiratory disease management of pediatric patients.
• EMR proficiency in EPIC is required.
