Job Description:

The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides care at a large hospital with a normal floor assignment of 20-25 treatments per round. Responsibilities include support with equipment such as oxygen, BIPAP/CPAP, ventilators, nebulizers, and blood gas machines using the Meditech EMR system.

Responsibilities:

• Perform treatments with nebulizers, BIPAP/CPAP, and ventilators
• Conduct arterial blood gases

Requirements:

• ICU Experience
• Current RRT credential
• Current VA State License
• Current BLS & ACLS certification
