Job Title: HI – Respiratory Therapist Tech – Nights (06/29)

City/State: Hilo, Hawaii

Shift: Night Shift (1830 to 0700 am), Three twelve hour shifts weekly (36 hours), No guarantee of hours

Contract Length: 15 weeks

Start Date: 06/29/2026

Job Description:

Provide continuous airway management and support for patients using ventilator and non-invasive ventilator techniques, including physician consulting, CPR, and all aspects of respiratory care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous airway management
• Ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management and support
• Physician consulting
• Administer CPR
• Perform all aspects of respiratory care
• Utilize computerized charting, Pyxis medication management, PB 980, PB 840 Ventilators, V60, Para Pac Transport Vent

Requirements:

• Hawaii License by start of assignment
• Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved exemption
• Must be able to care for adult, pediatric, neonatal populations
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• No first assignments
• State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License, BLS, PALS, and ACLS required
• RRT Preferred
• NRP Preferred
