Job Description:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will work in the Respiratory Services at a hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. They will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, including monitoring and managing ventilatory equipment and consulting with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory therapy as prescribed by physicians
Administer therapy to patients using a variety of equipment
Monitor patient responses to therapy
Keep accurate records of patient progress

Requirements:

North Carolina Respiratory License
RRT- Registered Respiratory Therapist
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
