Job Description:

Registered Respiratory Therapist needed to provide respiratory care in a large healthcare facility with a minimum staffing of 3 RTs per shift. RRT will administer treatments, set up ventilators, assist with intubation, and perform all RT therapies in various departments including ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and MED SURG.

Responsibilities:

• Administer treatments and therapies
• Set up ventilators
• Assist with intubation procedures
• Conduct ABG analysis
• Provide patient and staff education on respiratory therapies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALSCRT or NBRC
• Preferred: Prior Meditech experience, PICU experience, NICU experience
