Job Description:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides respiratory care services in accordance with the principles and practices of respiratory therapy. This includes evaluating patient needs, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and documenting interventions in the electronic medical record.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages in various hospital settings.
• Operate and manage ventilatory support systems and other respiratory therapy equipment.
• Perform patient assessments and adjust therapies based on patient responses.

Requirements:

• North Carolina Respiratory License
• RRT – Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
