Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM)

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for the night shift. This position requires a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality respiratory care in a rural healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy for adult ICU and medical-surgical patients.
• Attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries as needed.
• Utilize and manage equipment including BiPAP, ventilators, Vapotherm, and other basic therapy devices.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Split responsibilities between two Respiratory Therapists, covering different areas of the hospital as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Respiratory Therapy license.
• Experience in an adult ICU and med-surge environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with BiPAP, ventilators, Vapotherm, and related therapies.
• Ability to adapt to various situations and provide care in a fast-paced, rural setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
