Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients. The therapist will manage critical care ventilators, administer respiratory therapies, and support respiratory disease management in a specialized setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage critical care ventilators and provide NIV (CPAP/BIPAP/HHFNC).
• Implement respiratory disease management and deliver medications for pediatric patients.
• Provide care for PICU patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
• Utilize specialized gases and support ECMO programs as needed.
• Float between ER, MedSurg, Oncology, and PICU as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of PICU experience within the last 5 years.
• Current BLS, PALS, RRT certifications, and WA state license.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
• Ability to work every other weekend; no on-call duties.
