Job Description:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing respiratory therapy services at the Doctors Hospital of Augusta, utilizing equipment such as Drager vents, Phillips V60 CPAPS, and Arivo2 Hiflo systems. Documentation is managed through Meditech, and the role may require scheduling for night shifts with some weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate ventilators, CPAPS, and perform arterial blood gas sampling (ABGS)
• Provide respiratory therapy services including the use of Hiflo systems

Requirements:

• Must have advanced skills in the use of vents, CPAPS, ABGS, and Hiflos
• Certifications in relevant respiratory therapy procedures
• Adherence to the dress code of maroon scrubs or facility-provided scrubs
