Summary of nutrition and food service department: We have cooks, cashiers, dishwashers, expeditors, dietary aides working daily. Shifts are scheduled between 3:30 am to 8:15 pm. Caf is open 6-6:30 M-F and 6-2 Sat- Sun. Patient care kitchen is open for patients 6:30-6:30.
