Summary of nutrition and food service department: We have cooks, cashiers, dishwashers, expeditors, dietary aides working daily. Shifts are scheduled between 3:30 am to 8:15 pm. The café is open 6-6:30 M-F and 6-2 Sat-Sun. Patient care kitchen is open for patients 6:30-6:30. Staffing Ratios: Days: 2-3 Nights: No Weekends: 1.
