Job Description:

The Cardiovascular Technologist is responsible for scrubbing cardiac procedures. When there are limited cardiac cases, the technologist will assist in scrubbing in the main OR with a variety of surgeries including orthopedic, neurological, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gynecological procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scrubbing duties for cardiac cases and various other surgeries as required in the main OR.
• Ensure sterile procedures and workflow under the direction of the surgical team.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA Certificate
