Job Title: WA-Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)

Shift: Day Shift – 0800-1630

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

The SUDP is responsible for providing, coordinating and directing individualized Substance Use Disorder treatment to all assigned patients. Responsible for conducting psycho-educational lectures, both individual and group counseling and documentation of patient progress in the medical record.

Requirements:

• Current Washington State SUDP license
• 2 years experience in addiction treatment
• Two year degree or equivalent; Bachelors or Masters preferred
• Trainees with at least 1800 hours work experience, active SUDP license as a counselor by State of Washington
• Must work as part of a multi-disciplinary team; reports to Clinical Supervisor
