Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Utilization Review Nurse and Discharge Planner with experience in Utilization Management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in patient care coordination, ensuring that patients receive appropriate care throughout their stay.

Shift Information

Five 8-hour shifts per week, guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Utilization Management.
• Active California nursing license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proof of negative TB screening within the past 12 months.
