This position requires availability for night shifts, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and vital signs for hospitalized patients.
• Provide nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings and training programs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a telemetry or critical care nursing environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
