Job Description:

This position involves caring for patients requiring telemetry monitoring. The nurse will work 12-hour night shifts with variable days of the week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient records.
• Float to medical-surgical units as needed.
• Work four weekend shifts per six-week schedule block.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of telemetry nursing experience required.
• 1+ years of medical-surgical experience preferred.
• BLS & ACLS certification required upon submission.
• Valid MO or Compact nursing license.
• Willingness to float to different units as required.
• Ability to work holidays as needed and assist as required.
• New graduates are not accepted for this role.
