Job Description:

Registered Nurse with a focus on Telemetry, responsible for caring for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and providing care for stroke patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for telemetry patients including those on cardiac drips such as Cardizem or Amiodarone.
• Perform NIH and neuro checks competently for stroke patients.
• May float to tele/med surg departments as needed.
• Work every other weekend (Fri & Sat nights).

Requirements:

• Experience with telemetry patients and cardiac drips.
• Experience caring for stroke patients.
• Licensed RN with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• No new graduates; must have relevant experience.
