Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RN for the Tele Float Pool who will be expected to float throughout designated facilities in Zone 4, with flexibility for varied assignments in different units including MS-Tele, ICU, PCU/Stepdown.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adults and geriatric patients.
• Float across multiple units and facilities as needed, including General MS-Tele, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, and others.
• Adjust and titrate medications as per established guidelines, including Heparin drips.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of MS-Tele experience in the last 3 years.
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Prefer experience with neuro, Alaris, and EPIC systems.
