Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. This position requires expertise in acute care settings and proficiency in using the EPIC electronic health record system. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of nursing duties in the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care facility.
• Utilize the EPIC system for accurate patient documentation and management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and wellness strategies.

Shift Information

This is a day shift position, available in either 36 or 48-hour work weeks. Please note that holiday requests for time off will not be approved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved provider is required.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification is required.
