Job Description:

Registered Nurse position available in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) working the night shift, providing critical care to patients using advanced monitoring and treatment equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Care for post-open heart surgery patients within the first 1 to 2 days post-operation.
• Perform procedures including intubations and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Respond to rapid response and code blue situations as part of the critical care team.

Requirements:

• Cardiac critical care experience required.
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS are mandatory; CCRN is a plus.
• Advanced skills in operating Impella heart pump and CRRT equipment are preferred.
