Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

The role involves working primarily on the Comprehensive Medical Unit, with opportunities to float to various Med-Surg units, including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, and Observation. The position requires adherence to day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with every other weekend required. There is no on-call requirement for this position.

Shift Information

• Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Hours per week: 36 hours
• Holiday Coverage: Required

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Ability to read Telemetry; competency testing will be conducted on the first day
• Current BLS certification is required
• Proficiency in Epic EMR is mandatory; refresher classes or one-on-one assistance are not permissible

Additional Information

Please note that the only viable start date for this position is November 16, 2026. Candidates must be prepared for competency evaluations regarding telemetry skills and Epic proficiency, as failure to meet these requirements will result in termination of employment.
