Registered Nurse – Float / Resource Pool

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float / Resource Pool Team. This position will provide nursing care across various units, including Telemetry and Stepdown, and may require floating to multiple locations within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in patient education and advocacy.
• Adhere to safety and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including medical-surgical experience; critical care experience is a plus.
• Documentation of any travel nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with matching address.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred, and NHISS prior to start.
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a minimum score of 80%.
• Experience in an electronic medical record system, preferably Cerner.
