Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our stepdown staffing pool. The position involves working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM and requires a strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, implementing care plans as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a stepdown or critical care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
