Job Description:

Provide nursing care in the Inpatient Acute Rehab Unit, ensuring patients are prepared for discharge by participating in therapy sessions and managing patient care routines as required.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and manage IV equipment, kangaroo pumps for tube feedings.
• Ensure patient safety during transfer training and assist with mobility transfers.
• Round with patients each shift and prepare them adequately for discharge.
• Perform ADLs, Foley care, NG management, and manage PICC and midline care.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Utah RN license at time of submission.
• BLS certification required; NIHHS preferred but not required.
• Med/surg training required; rehabilitation experience is a plus.
