Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We specialize in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, and Interventional Radiology. Work Schedule

• 40-hour position with a shift schedule of 4×10-hour shifts
• Days and evenings, with occasional weekends
• No holidays or night shifts required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing various diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and respond appropriately.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols in procedural areas.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Diagnostic Imaging experience.
• Telemetry experience is required.
• Current RN license in New York is a must.

Certifications

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Uniform and Equipment

Employees will be required to wear hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops, along with other infection prevention measures as needed in procedural areas.
