Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients with behavioral health needs and working effectively within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ behavioral and mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessed needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Work Conditions

This position will require holiday coverage and adherence to performance expectations. If performance does not meet the established standards, the contract may be terminated.
