Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing nursing care to patients in a psychiatric setting and will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the mental health needs of patients.

Shift Details

• Schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with behavioral health issues, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Monitor patient behavior, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and coping strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
