Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. This position requires a compassionate and skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

The position will follow a schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. Flexibility may be required to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ mental and emotional health.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations with professionalism.
