Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Shifts

This position requires working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
