Job Description:

This role involves providing nursing care to patients in a cardiovascular progressive care unit, with a primary focus on CV and vascular surgeries including open heart surgery. The RN will work with a team to manage patient care and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Epidural management
• Chest tube management
• Tube feedings
• IV gluccomander
• Cardiac gtt management (phenylephrine, dobutamine, dopamine, milrinone, cardizem, amiodarone, insulin, heparin, nitroglycerin, ketamine)

Requirements:

• Stepdown experience
• Telemetry experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
