Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) responsible for providing critical care and participating in code responses. The role requires handling CRRT, Bipaps, and drawing labs independently with additional floating duties to various inpatient units.

Responsibilities:

• Administer critical care and manage patient assignments in the PCU.
• Perform CRRT, manage Bipaps, and handle chest tubes and PICC lines.
• Conduct own consults and codes, including open-heart patient care.
• Float to ICU, Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit.
• Experience with CRRT, Bipaps, drawing own labs, chest tubes, and PICC lines.
• Must be comfortable with conducting own codes and open-heart patient care.
• KS RN or Compact RN License along with BLS, ACLS, & NIH certifications.
