Job Description:

Progressive Care Unit. 15 bed unit. 3 Step down ICU; 12 telemetry. Provides primary nursing care, telemetry monitoring, telemetry strip reading, and fingerstick blood sugar monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Primary Nursing care
• Telemetry monitoring and strip reading
• Fingerstick blood sugar monitoring
• Floating to all acute units including Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU, and ER

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hospital acute care experience within the last year
• Progressive Care and telemetry experience preferred
• State of HI license required
• ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications preferred
