Job Description:

The RN will provide care in a Med/Tele unit, specializing in PCU level care with a focus on cardiac and telemetry patients. Nurses will routinely read and interpret cardiac strips, titrate drips, and provide full patient care in a dynamic environment with variable nurse-to-patient ratios.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting
• Read and interpret cardiac strips
• Titrate and manage drips such as Amio, Cardizem, and Heparin
• Float to different units as required
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior PCU experience required
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips
