Shift: 8 hr shifts, 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00; Variable start times possible for meetings

Contract Length: 90 weeks

Job Description:

The Operating Room Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the operating rooms, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience
• Prefer CNOR
• Experience as OR leader and trauma experience
• Strong understanding of Current AORN Guidelines and evidenced based practice
• Leading results for KPI: Turnaround times and First case on time starts
• TJC and DOH survey experienced. Regulatory preparedness focused.
• New project roll-outs and sustained compliance
• Managing in a collective bargaining department
• UKG/Kronos/Workday/staff scheduling
• Can provide direct care for pts in OR.
• HRO trained would be nice
