Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care facility. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall performance of the nursing team and ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 10-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• On-call rotation every Friday (alternating 1st and 2nd call)
• Weekend call required every 5-6 weeks

Responsibilities

• Deliver competent and compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and evaluations.
• Utilize Davinci surgical technology when applicable.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Acute care facility experience is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification is required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
