Job Description:

A Registered Nurse is needed for a mixed acuity unit specializing in Oncology, providing care for surgical, new diagnosis, complications, and medical overflow patients. The unit requires proficiency in telemetry monitoring and prolonged chemotherapy infusions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide intermediate level care with cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Administer titratable vasoactive drips and manage chest ports
• Support patients with telemetry monitoring and medical overflow needs
• Participate in floating assignments across adult inpatient units as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of general nursing experience; EPIC experience required
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; ONS Chemotherapy certification preferred
• South Dakota Board of Nursing approved education program
• Experience in IMC/PCU level care
