Job Description:

The role involves providing nursing care to Oncology and Women’s Surgical patients in a 24-bed unit with a staff of RNs, CNAs, and a charge nurse. Patient ratios range from 1:4 to 1:5. The nursing team utilizes standard unit equipment and Cerner EMR system.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an Oncology/Women’s Surgical unit
• Manage patient assignments and workloads effectively

Requirements:

• Valid RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
