Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care within a professional and supportive environment. This role requires a strong background in oncology nursing, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment.

Shift Details

This position is for a 2-night shift schedule, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

The Oncology RN will be responsible for:

• Administering chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
• Monitoring patients for side effects and complications.
• Providing patient education on treatment plans and self-care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Documenting patient assessments and nursing interventions accurately.
