Registered Nurse – Oncology

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Oncology to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing and be passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Johns Creek, GA

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an oncology setting.
• Administer chemotherapy and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology nursing.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Chemotherapy certification is preferred.

Holiday Expectations

The position requires working 2 major holidays out of the 3 (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve).
